Rhema life College Ministry
Rhema Life College Ministry exists to help students deepen their relationship with Christ. We want to do this by providing opportunities for both worship and small group Bible study. We desire to see students grow in their faith while building relationships with other believers whose impact will last far beyond their college years.
Our college leadership team has a heart for students. We want to meet not only the spiritual needs of our students but also physical, emotional, and day to day needs as well. Most of all, we want to provide a solid foundation of scriptural truths, support and Godly encouragement for our students to stand on as they face the struggles and joys that college life brings. Whether our students are states away from family or simply blocks away, we want to be their home-away-from-home… For more information regarding the College Ministry, email RhemaCollege@rhemalifeministry.org

Where do college students go?
All college aged students meet in church auditorium. For more information please ask those at either of the Visitor Centers in the church and they will help guide you to our door.Volunteer Opportunities
We are always looking to “plug our students in” where they feel that they have a heart to serve. Whether this be helping with the children, preschool, or youth departments, singing in the choir, playing instruments, or ministering to our seniors – we have a place for everyone.
In-Home College Bible Study
In-home Bible studies provide college students a “hom” to relax, unwind, and retreat to when the pressures of “college life” are overwhelming. Students are able to feel more comfortable when discussing Biblical truths as well as what God is doing in their lives.
Bible Study Breakfast
Once a semester our college ministry provides a full breakfast for all college students during our Sunday Morning College small group. We encourage students to bring friends, classmates, and roommates as we try to make this event “different” than the usual study group by inviting special speakers or having a unique focused area of discussion.
What is Home Away from Home?
This is a ministry where we link up college students with families, many of these students are either very far away from their Parents for the first time or just need a little encouragement every once in awhile.
What we ask of the families that choose to join us in this project is simple. Keep in contact with your student, if you would like invite them over for a dinner (most of these students don't get home cooked meals for whole semesters) send them letters, find out what is going on in their classes, if you would like offer your house as a quiet study refuge.
This is a great opportunity to help students feel as though they are not alone.
If you are a retired family or a family of 10 pray about this ministry and how God can use you to make a difference in a student’s life.
